The idea for this campaign emerged last year when Sabrina spoke to a room of over 75+ young professionals, many of whom were female. Following this event, she received an avalanche of messages from young women who admired her "confidence" and sought help in finding their own confidence to navigate their journeys. This was when she realized the need to set the record straight: It's Competence, Not Confidence!

It is essential for young women, in particular, to understand that what they perceive as confidence is actually the result of years of blood, sweat, and tears—leading to unshakable competence.

Now, we are on a mission to showcase female leadership, success, and deep competence, challenging the limiting idea that women leaders simply possess confidence. It starts with us, as experienced and visible leaders, acknowledging our journeys to competence—after years and decades of dedicated hard work—to truly get there.
